Polycarbonate, also known as Lexan, is an excellent material to enhance the look of any product. No other product label offers as many finishes or thicknesses.

It is widely stocked (fast deliveries), easy to process (lower cost), and aesthetically pleasing.


Types of Polycarbonate Product Labels

Standard Graphic Films:

Lexan 8A35: Velvet/Polished
Lexan 8B35: Velvet/Matte
Lexan 8010: Polished/Polished
Lexan 8A37: Brushed/Polished

FR Films (Flame Retardant):

Lexan FR60: Polished/Polished
Lexan FR63: Matte/Polished
Lexan FR65: Velvet/Matte
Lexan FR700: Velvet/Fine Matte, Black

Hardcoat/Marnot (Satin Finish):

HP92S,60S,40S,12S (92-12% gloss levels)
*Coating applied by Sabic
Marnot 90, 75, 55, 35, 20 (Gloss levels)
* Coating applied by Tekra Corp.

Weatherable Film (UV Resistant):

Bayer UV-1 Polycarbonate: Velvet/Matte (.007-.030)

Laminates:

.003 Clear Velvet
.005 Clear Velvet
.0065 Clear Velvet

*Polycarbonate laminate is an excellent cost-reduction tool. The product labels look like the more expensive back-printed Lexan, but at a fraction of the cost.
